Export spreadsheets for your accountant

Generate an export, download the file, and track export history.

You will

  • Build an export from Ready documents.
  • Download Excel or CSV files.
  • View export history.

1) Open the Exports page

Use the Exports menu to create a new export.

2) Review what's included

Exports include Ready documents that have not been exported yet. Once exported, those documents leave the receipts list. Use the export detail screen to choose Excel (XLSX) or CSV.

3) Generate and download

Click Generate export. Open the export detail to download Excel or CSV once it is ready. Downloads are named {team}-receipts-export-YYYY-MM-DD.xlsx (or .csv).

4) Check export history

The export history shows what was exported and when. You can re-download past exports from this list.
