1) Open a document
Select a receipt or invoice from the receipts list to view details like supplier, date (receipt/invoice date, with upload date as a fallback), totals, and VAT.
2) Fix flagged fields
If any fields are flagged, correct them before export. Typical fixes include dates, totals, or supplier names.
3) Resolve duplicates
If the system detects possible duplicates, choose the correct one and dismiss or merge the rest. This keeps exports clean.
4) Mark ready
When everything looks correct, mark the document as Ready. Only Ready documents are included in exports.
