Send receipts and invoices

Get documents into your receipts list by email, upload, or scan.

You will

  • Send receipts by email or upload.
  • Confirm the document was accepted.
  • Understand receipt status.

1) Email receipts to your inbox

Forward receipts and invoices to your unique inbox email address. You will receive an accepted or rejected confirmation email.

2) Upload directly

From the Receipts screen, drag and drop files or use the upload button. PDFs and clear photos work best.

3) Scan with the mobile app

If your plan includes the mobile app, scan receipts and send them directly to your inbox.

4) Check the receipts list

Each item appears with a status. New items may take a short time to process. If an item is rejected, fix the issue and try again.
